Payment Policy

Scope:

This Payment Policy explains how payments are accepted, authorized, captured, and refunded for orders placed on shopabdullah.com. It should be read together with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Returns Policy.

Accepted payment methods:

We currently accept the following methods at checkout:

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club

  • PayPal (including Venmo via PayPal)

  • Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay (accelerated checkout wallets)

If a method is not shown at checkout, it isn’t supported for that order. We do not accept cash, checks, money orders, or COD. Accepted methods are displayed in the site's footer and also clearly mentioned in this payment policy.

Currency & pricing:

All prices are listed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD). Applicable state sales tax (where required) is calculated automatically at checkout. Shipping within the U.S. is free; international shipping is not currently offered.

Payment authorization & capture:

  • For most orders, your payment method is authorized and captured at checkout.

  • If we cannot verify payment (e.g., AVS/ZIP mismatch, bank decline), we may cancel the order; you can reorder with a valid method.

  • Orders are processed usually the same day or the very next day (So, Max 2 Days to process the order from our end). Cut-off time is 6 PM (GMT-05:00), after which they move to transit (2–5 business days). These timelines are for fulfillment and do not extend the payment hold beyond your bank’s policies.

Subscription, recurring, or deferred purchases:

Some items may be sold on a recurring or deferred basis. By opting in on the product page/checkout, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the selected method at the stated price, frequency, and dates until the order is fulfilled or you cancel in accordance with the offer terms. Any special cancellation terms are shown on the product page/plan selection.

Security of payments:

Our store is hosted on Shopify, and credit-card information is encrypted during transfer over networks. We do not store full card details on our servers. We and our payment partners employ fraud screening; suspicious transactions may be declined or cancelled.

Promotions, discounts & gift options:

Only one promotion/discount code can typically apply per order unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout. Promotions cannot be applied retroactively after an order is placed. (Note: gift cards are non-returnable per our returns page.)

Taxes:

State tax is calculated automatically at checkout and collected where required by law. Tax amounts are shown on your order confirmation/receipt.

Order review & limits:

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order (including per person/household) at our discretion, including due to suspected fraud, payment issues, or resale activity. If changed or cancelled, we’ll attempt to notify you using the contact details you provided at checkout.

Refunds & reversals:

  • If a refund is approved under our Refund & Returns Policy, we’ll issue it to the original payment method.

  • After we approve and process a refund, it typically appears in 7 business days; some banks/cards may take up to 12 business days to post.

  • Original shipping was free; any non-refundable third-party fees (if any) are not reimbursed unless required by law. See our returns page for eligibility and steps.

Chargebacks & disputes:

Please contact us first so we can help resolve any issue quickly. If a chargeback is filed, we may suspend fulfillment or future ordering until the dispute is resolved. Filing a dispute for an order already refunded or in return processing may delay resolution.

Billing & contact information:

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and contact details at checkout and to promptly update them for successful payment and communication about your order.
