For USA (shipping is free)

At Shopabdullah, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless and efficient shopping experience, which includes timely and reliable shipping services. This Shipping Policy outlines the important details regarding our shipping procedures, delivery times, and associated terms and conditions.

Processing/Handling Time

Orders are processed usually the same day or the very next day (So, Max 1 Day to process the order from our end). Please note that during peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Note: we're opened (Mon-Sun) in our processings and services, means we're available for you throughout the week.

Transit Time:
Once the Processing part is done then will start the transit time part. It usually will take 2-5 Business days.

Total Delivery Time:

Processing Time+ Transit Time = Delivery Time (2-6 business days

Cut-Off Time:
Our dead-final time to handle all orders of the day is 06:00 PM (GMT-05:00), so, this is our actual cut-off time.


Shipping Rates:

We offer a range of shipping options to accommodate your specific needs. The sales tax is also included in it. Although, we don't charge on the size, and weight of the items in your cart, yet you have to remember that the final shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Our shipping is totally free but sales tax in each state is automatically applied as its not a part of shipping process.

Standard Shipping (United States)

Our Shipping in USA is hassle-free and only takes time in-between (2-6 business days). 

Note: Items that are delayed than the maximum timeline of shipping (2-6 Business days) could be just because of certain bad weather conditions, but our team will still try our possible-best to deliver the item to your doorstep asap.

International Shipping:

we don’t offer international shipping at the moment

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status and location of your package in real time.

Shipping Carriers:

We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure the safe and prompt delivery of your orders. Our primary carriers include but are not limited to, UPS, USPS, and DHL.

Lost or Damaged Items:

In the unfortunate event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will work diligently to resolve the issue promptly.

Expired Items:
First of all, all of our packages & parcels are fully checked and our staff ensures that the items aren’t expired or even near to the expiry date. In case of any mishap, you (means the customers) have the full chance & authority to get their money back, the money will be refunded to the customer as per our Refund & Returns Policy
